The Tolmen Centre is at the heart of village life in Constantine, Cornwall. Many residents and friends enjoy events here; a wide and loyal audience has developed for the varied arts programme, and the Centre is slowly but surely building up a reputation in the Comish arts community. Miracle, Cube, Cscape, and Pipeline theatre companies are regular visitors both to perform and to develop new work.
Some of our upcoming events are listed on the right. There’s more information on the Events page and you can download the full programme as a PDF file here. For details of movie nights at the Tolmen Centre please visit our Movies page.
The Tolmen Centre is now used on a regular basis by the many village groups such as our Community Choir - as well as for various courses including Pilates, Yoga and Todlins. The Heritage Centre is now in regular operation again, after several months of closure for repairs following a water leak.
The Tolmen Centre is a not-for-profit organisation entirely run by volunteer help – no-one gets paid for their time. This creates a rather special ethos around the place – and allows us to be ambitious in what we promote and undertake.
