Life is good at Mullion. The students, staff, governors and parents are proud of their school, which serves the community on the Lizard peninsula.
We have first class teachers and we are sent well motivated pupils with positive supportive parents.

“The school is one where, quite genuinely, every child matters.” So says a parent, whose views are quoted in the Ofsted Report that has just been published on Mullion School. A team of 4 Inspectors visited the school, over two days, last month and they have given the school a glowing report.

The report opens with the following statement. “This is an outstanding school. It meets the needs of individual students exceptionally well in most aspects of its work. Parents and carers are overwhelminglypositive about the work of the school.” A parent/carer wrote: “The school is exceptionally aware of each child as an individual and concerned to meet all their needs.”

At Constantine Primary School, we believe that enjoyment is at the heart of achievement and success. We all work hard to ensure that we provide a stimulating, exciting and inspiring curriculum which aims to develop curious individuals who develop a thirst for learning.

We work collaboratively with our staff, parents, children and local community in order to create a happy, healthy, caring, safe and stimulating atmosphere of high quality learning for life in the 21st Century.

Constantine School covers the full national curriculum and offers all that you would expect from a modern primary school. However we are also proud of our extras. Music is a great strength with singing, private instrument tuition, orchestra and participation in festivals. Our after school clubs are many and varied, changing throughout the year and the school has a strong PTA who organise social and fund raising events for the benefit of the children.

From Constantine School pupils transfer to either Falmouth Community School, Helston School, Penryn College or Mullion School.

If you would like more information, or to visit the school, please contact the Headteacher or Secretary at the school.
